Murray Law Obtains Rezoning for Adaptive Reuse Development Station West

Following months of plan review and negotiation led by Murray Law, Charlotte City Council voted on May 23, 2022, to approve the Station West adaptive reuse development Station West in the FreeMoreWest neighborhood. The purpose of the Station West project is to convert an abandoned building into a space for restaurants, shopping and outdoor gathering space.
